Nine years building internal data products and decision tools at Amazon — requirements, data, launch measurement and adoption. Since May 2026, building AI products end to end: multi-agent pipelines, local LLMs and human-in-the-loop workflows where scoring stays deterministic, AI does research and drafting, and a person approves what matters. Six built so far, from pilots to working prototypes.

Built analytics functions from scratch three times at Amazon — owning architecture, pipelines, stakeholder strategy and leadership reporting, with 11 direct reports across three teams (including 5 interns). Looking for roles where the function needs to be built or materially grown, not maintained.
