Sole BIE owner for the $11.5B iGMS WW selection expansion program. Rebuilt QBR framework, metric taxonomy, and source-of-truth reporting for 20+ downstream reports across 17+ global stores. Built Selexor Product Dashboard V2 — 4-tab QuickSight spanning EU10, NA, MENA, and SA.
$11.1B BRD — BIL-to-LP Migration Big Bet
Authored the full-vision BRD and P0 requirements as sole BI resource under a 32-day timeline. Enabled pilot launch October 2025 and global Stage 2 rollout December 2025.
Built EU Private Brands BI from scratch
First BI hire, sole resource for 50-person team for 10 months. Grew team to 3 BIEs. Delivered 22 reports and 5 dashboards in the first 20 months. WBR automation adopted as gold standard across all Private Brands teams. Promoted L5→L6 in Q3 2022.

ASIN defect analytics uncovered a €110M GMS opportunity adopted in senior leadership quarterly planning. Dashboard saved 50+ hours/week for HPB PMs, cited in Category Leader L7 promo assessment.
